First two day’s restaurants

Our first night out we found a nice local resturuant Ruby Station Restaurant in Elko NV, great service, great food and inexpensive.
Our second night was in Rawlins WY, tried to find a local place that we could do low carb to some extent, the one that Sandy found in the phone book unfortunately is closed on Sundays. So we’d seen a bar and grill at a hotel across the way – the Hoot & Howl. As a concept the restaurant could have been good, but every thing I said good about Ruby Station was the oppesite at the Hoot & Howl. We are hoping that the wait staff was hired sometime today as they acted like it was their first time waiting on tables. I’ve never heard so many waitresses saying “I’m sorry”. So if you ever come to Rawlins, try the McDonald’s.
